Bob was very flexible with the design to suit our taste and budget. The team was efficient and clean on installation day.

Make sure you document all aspects of the project. He is not good with verbal instructions. Definite missed communications. He spoiled dirt and debris in my neighbor's yard. The quality of the work was lacking. Most of the fill that I requested was not deposited in the place I wanted. Most of the fill dirt was used to repair damage done to yard by his equipment.

One of the most difficult clients I have ever encountered. Sometimes there is no pleasing some people. We worked a full day and did a very thorough job with what was in a detailed proposal on paper. The client came home and had other things in mind for us to do. I received a call at 5:30pm as we were loading up our equipment at our shop and was back on his property by 6pm in order to correct anything he felt was not like he wanted. I stayed and worked into the dark until 9pm and he told me how impressed he was but when I asked to get paid for the work he became a different person. He literally acted like a 5 year old throwing a temper
