A thorough inspection was completed. After the inspection, he went over the priority of the repairs needed. Very quick in responding to questions that came up after the inspection report was received. Would recommend to anyone.

Vince provided a complete and comprehensive inspection. I learned many things during his extensive examination of the condo. His follow up and appliance recall service were outstanding as well. Heâ s a great guy that you can talk to about any concerns. My husband Troy must have asked 50 questions. Vince was able to answer all of them. We highly recommend this company.

With out having Vince inspect a house before we moved into it, there was a number of things that would not of been addressed to get repaired. because a normal person just dont see stuff until it gets real bad and cost more to fix. Vince has a good eye and worth every penny for his experience. The fee I paid for Home inspection I will get back over and over again by getting repairs done now Not later.

Overall Vince did a great job and offered great discounts. He was very thorough with his inspection and reports. The only problem I had was he was a little slow getting us the reports which I had to ask for. I would recommend him.
