Contractor said roof was repaired, but I did not receive any pictures of repair to see results.

Last year I suspected a roof leak of my condo and ask the management company to request an inspection. A member of this service crew from Resolute Roofing stopped by and asked me if I saw any water stains on the ceiling and I said no but I smell something moldy, so I think it's better to have it checked. He said he would have to ask another person to come. Later I got a phone call saying they cannot inspect the roof if I couldn't tell where the leak is. Some weeks later, I got a bill through HOA that I needed to pay a $125 inspection fee. I tried to dispute the charge because there wasn't any inspection done not to mention any report. They said they made a trip, but it was just someone happened to work in the neighborhood and passed by. He didn't even have a ladder with him. I had to make a few phone calls to the company owner, as well as presenting my case at the community board meeting to have this charge resolved. I don't think the owner acted very professionally or honestly. I would never deal with them myself again.

Inherited a family home with a metal roof on the gulf coast. Roof had not been sealed in years. Several leaks due to improper installation. Resolute recommended sealing as a lower cost option than replacing some or all of the roof. Initially sealing did not stop some leaks. The guys from Resolute were very responsive addressing continued leaks. Have had several heavy rains since last fix and no leaks. Really appreciate Carl and his team for being willing to come back with no charge until all issues were addressed to my satisfaction. I am a customer for life

I found Resolute Roofing in a Google search, and I'm so glad I did. They showed up on time, did great work, and the price was competitive. I've called them again to fix a few more roof issues, and will continue to go to them in the future. Added bonus: the people are wonderful to do business with. Highly recommended!
