Professional, polite, helped me understand the process, and prompt!

We had a ceiling collapse on a Thursday evening last May around 5:30pm, spilling blown-in insulation all over a living room and dust throughout the lower level of the house. Cory and his team responded very quickly. Despite having other jobs already going and calling him in the evening, he was there only 2 hours after my initial call. They did some initial cleanup and taped off the room to prevent further spread of dust and debris. Matt Bardak and Matt Moss arrived on time the next morning and got to work. They had the room cleaned up by the end of the day and left an air purifier to run overnight to remove as much dust from the air as possible. They even took the curtains to be cleaned at their facility as part of the service. They communicated with me throughout the day so I knew what was happening and what to expect. By Saturday morning, if it weren't for the lack of a ceiling, it looked like nothing had happened. Matt and Matt came back to retrieve their equipment and answer any final questions. Cory was also there to answer any questions and was responsive to any phone calls we had as the incident and payment was reviewed by our insurance. Just a great experience, and I would definitely hire Restoration 1 again, especially the two Matts!
