Richard tested the outlet to see if it was operating accurately. He recommended that a power strip be used since using the plug made the paneling pull out. Using the power strip prevents the plug from pulling out on the unit.

In making and keeping appointments, he was prompt and courteous, in fact he came a day early. His work was professional, however he left marks all over the ceiling of the work area that now needs repainting.

Rich seems like a very honest, hardworking individual. He arrived well ahead of schedule which was a big relief for us since we have small kids in our house, and we didn't feel comfortable staying indoors for too long with the lights flickering. Rich quickly established that Peco service has been impacted due to the storms in the last week.

Rich did a super job. He was prompt, courteous, and skilled. He took the time to explain everything to me before he performed any work, so I knew exactly what I was getting and what I was paying for.
