Rick and Kara Biden are an excellent team to work with for any of your remodel needs. Rick has an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. Kara is knowledgeable and keeps the project moving along. They have excellent relationships with sub contractors and do things by the book. They helped us transform our kitchen and front room into a true dream home. They are very generous with their time and ideas and really helped steer the project in the right direction. Cannot say enough about how delightful they are to work with to bring a project from start to finish.

Poor communication. Had to pay $500 up front to hire them just for measurements. Were 30% higher price than other three bids. Then, they said another $250 was needed for additional measurements. All of this without work not even starting. Despite paying deposit to hire them, went elsewhere because they would not respond to my emails, text or phone calls. Steer clear of this business.

Tony, this review is intentionally misleading and unfair. Based on the scope of the project you initially conveyed, we told you upfront that we would charge a $500.00 flat fee for a detailed estimate. Rick and I pride ourselves on delivering extremely thorough, well-researched, and reliable estimates from which our clients can develop a firm understanding of their renovation options and choose accordingly. These estimates take time and expertise to develop; in an industry where it is standard for potential clients to shop between multiple contractors, charging a flat fee for an official estimate is standard professional practice. He is both trustworthy and honest! We even felt comfortable to leave him alone in the house, without a problem. He did a complete remodel for our whole interior and didn't have to go over anything twice!
