Project: Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation - Residential - Materials Provided by Consumer
They did a great job, their arrival was punctual and they finished the job on schedule and on cost. I was especially pleased that they were respectful of our home, they cleaned up the construction debris and did not track mud around the house. The install was perfect and I enjoyed talking with these gentleman. I highly recommend them to any one installing a charging station in their home. Thomas King Delaware, Ohio

They installed a breaker and unplugged our sump pump and never replugged it in and when it rained a few days later, our basement flooded. We called him and he blamed the homeowner. He unplugged things so he can install new breakers and wiring. Horrible and the fact that he wont own up to his mistakes is horrible. If you have him in your house, watch every freaking move he makes and check everything he did before he leaves the house.
Response by Right Choice Electrical: I'm at a loss for words. First the circuit breaker wasn't turned on that was the reason her basement flooded. Then when I called her out on that she said the sump pump was unplugged. So which story are we going with??? I asked her what is your end game was and what do you want me to do? She said I want you to own up and apologize for unplugging her sump pump. I said with all due respect I cannot apologize for something I did not do. So I guess every once in awhile you meet these kind of people ??? I don't know but the electric car charging station I put in and the ceiling fan that was installed. She said are working great. Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures
He didn't reconnect any ground wires on any of the switches or outlets that were replaced. When asked about this, his comment was that if there were no ground wires there, then they can't be connected. Well they were obviously there if you take the cover plate off, and there stuffed in the box, and with no cap to protect it from shorting out. Then he was hired to do some sanding and painting, and didnt even do the entire job. Only did part of what was to be done. Didn't realize it until after paying, and he was gone.
