    They Never call you back with a simple question I have. Customer services are not good!

    Great Experience. Chad is top shelf. We initially contacted River City last year for installation on an irrigation system for our yard. They offered a fair price and added us to the install schedule for this year. Chad and crew arrived for the work timely and worked very efficiently. I expected more than a day of work and they had the job complete in less than 6 hours. Chad gave me a run-down on the system and gave me some advice on setting up the app for controlling operation. I ran into a bit of a hiccup, and Chad found a resolution rapidly. Great company, great service - I highly recommend.

    Chad and his team at River Cities Systems did an outstanding job of installing our lake lawn irrigation system. The team was professional and timely. Pricing was competitive. Chad communicated regularly throughout the rainy season with updates on when our system would be installed. I highly recommend and look forward to working with River Cities Systems in the future!

    River Cities Systems is a "top-notch" Company. Very professional and do not "cut corners". They recently added a number of heads to my existing system and capped heads which were no longer needed; did a wonderful job! They installed my system at my previous home back in 2010; still working well. I have referred quite a few family members and friends to RCS and all were very satisfied. They are great folks to work with and truly listen to the customer. I would highly recommend River Cities Systems to anyone looking for an irrigation system. Dave H

    River City Systems did a fantastic job with my installation! In addition I was traveling for business and the lead on the job called me to get all the approvals he needed, answered all my questions and assured me he’d take care of all the setup to ensure my new lawn was watered properly while I was away and that he’d return to educate me on the app when o got home. They truly went above and beyond and provided such great service in addition to providing a quality product, great installation and at a very competitive price.

    Fast and easy to work with my wife was home so they could do the plumbing and she said they were very polite and professional. No one was around for the actual install and it was up and running before i got home..
