Rivera gave me an appointment time that was perfect for my schedule and even showed up early, which really helped me to keep the rest of the evening free. He figured out the issue with my dishwasher within minutes, but still stayed longer to ensure that every wash cycle operated as expected. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price!

My oven went out right before Christmas. I called Sears and they couldn't get out till after the holiday. Great! So I checked with HomeAdvisor and Rivera's was great. They came out before Christmas and diagnosed my problem. The serviceman also found that my broiler also needed a repair and fixed it as well. We had a great Christmas dinner thanks to RIvera's.
