Great service and value from a local, small business. DaQuan and Devin were amazing and always asking if there was anything else they could do for us putting customer service their #1 priority.

    5.0 Maria Y. Denver, CO

This company was extremely efficient They were very careful with our furniture and were extremely cautious with doorways abd corner walls.. They were very patient with placing the boxes in the correct areas . They work swiftly and valued the time frame to assure us top value.. They had knowledge and experience and basically I value that tremendously. When I call them we were in an extreme time crunch and they worked with us to accommodate my daughter's work schedule. . Let me save you some time because I looked and called numerous companies.. I look forward to working with them on my daughter's next move..

I wish I could write a positive review, but I cannot. I am a retired disabled veteran that has moved many times throughout my military career and this has now turned into one of the worst moves that I have experienced. I paid for a full pack and move because of my disabilities. One day was for the mover to pack everything and the next day to move everything (in state). The packers were only on site (site of origination) for 6 hours on the first day. The garage and closet were not packed and the lead told my wife that there was not much left so they could pack the rest in the morning and be done loading in three hours, which did not happen. My wife was assured that it would be taken care of. My wife stayed at the point of origination to clean the house we sold as the movers loaded and I went to the point of destination (my new home). When the movers arrived at my new home to off load, the lead mover asked me to stand out front and direct where the movers needed to place items. The downloading took longer than expected and the lead stated that he had under estimated the move time. He also apologized for misplacing the brackets and screws to my mirrors. I fed the movers and tipped each mover at the end of both days. My wife informed my that the movers had left items at the house, because the lead mover had misjudged the move. My wife, son and I had to drive back to the point of origination in the snow the day after the move the retrieve the remaining items, before the new owners took possession of the home at noon that day. As I open boxes, that I was charged for, I have boxes the were barely filled. That is most likely the reason for the lack of space in the moving truck and keep in mind, I purchased each of those under used boxes from Road Scholars. I am not sure why the lead mover asked me to stand out front and direct the movers where to place furniture and boxes, because there are Christmas decorations (box clearly marked) in my bedrooms, a dresser that was suppose to go down stairs in an upstairs bedroom (that was covered boxes, so I did not know until later), computer monitor unprotected and placed faced down on general office supplies. Later in the day, after the move, I called Road Scholars to report the grievance. I was not asking for money back and trying to explain the situation to the lady that had answered the phone. I explained to her that my kids told me that two of the movers kept watching music videos on their phones when the lead mover was not directly supervising them. She kept over talking me instead of listening to what I was trying to report to her and kept saying, I have your signature right here on the walk through I finally had to tell her to quit over talking me. I explained my reason as a disabled person hiring them for a move, instead of moving the items myself. I explain that there was a heavy dresser that had been covered with boxes that was not placed downstairs. I also explained that I could hardly stand by the end of the day and that the lead mover assured me that everything was placed where it needed to go. I was not asking to be reimbursed money, I just need the heavy items placed where I need them. She regurgitated that I signed the final papers, but let her talk to dispatch. She said that she could have someone out the next day to move the items that were left behind and the heavy items at my new home the next day for additional charges, even though her company packed inefficiently, carelessly and did not place the items where they were suppose to go (like the dresser). not so great

    Response from Company:

Ms. Valerie, We are so sad to hear that you weren't thrilled with your experience with Road Scholars. After our telephone conversation, I felt like you were satisfied and understood the situation. We met our commitment to you regarding: 1. arriving on time. 2. charging you the exact amount quoted within the time-frame we discussed. 3. and there was no damage to any of your furniture or property. Unfortunately, the morning of your move, your team had found out that their supervisor had passed-away unexpectedly. The crew was understandably saddened. It is unfortunate that the men were sullen, which is what you described as being your complaint about our moving service. The crew is so very apologetic that their sadness showed through that day. Sincerely - Road Scholars Moving & Storage

    5.0 Jason M. Denver, CO

Tyler and Emad were our crew and they came in two hours under the estimated time, a few hundred bucks under budget, nothing broke, everything went to the right rooms, and they were funny and easy to work with as well. This was my second move with Road Scholars and I would immediately choose them again.

    5.0 Brenda S. Parker, CO

I was highly impressed with Sally's comforting understanding of the past experience of another moving company before finding Road Scholars. She respected and listened to my needs and concerns. I was going thru a major life change and she and the professional, experienced movers she sent (Miguel & Imad) where AMAZING and truly helped a very difficult and emotional move a much easier transition for me. I'M SO GRATEFUL!!!!!

    Response from Company:

Thank you for the wonderful feedback on our moving crew and office staff! Best wishes in your new home!
