Our experience with Rocket A/C was awesome. The work that was done was 10 out of 10. Chris and Dustin got to work on our home's A/C almost immediately after our phone conversation. The cost and scope of work was followed exactly with no surprises. Their professionalism was top notch and truly made us feel like part of the family.

Dustin and the team from Rocket AC and Heating did an excellent job on installing the new heat pump system at my house. Dustin explained what the issues were with the old system and reviewed with me the information concerning the new system. His team pulled out the old system, flushed the lines and installed the new heat pump system on the same day. Great job Rocket AC and Heating team.

The entire experience with Rocket AC was 10 STAR!! I originally laughed when I saw their company slogan was " To the Moon and Back For You," but I gave them a shot! From their customer service, down to their pricing, and timeliness was top notch!! Dustin is a straight shooter and very educated and informative in his recommendations!! Most AC men are high pressure in my past experiences, but Rocket AC was nothing like that! Besides my repair, I even had them do a disinfectant fogging in my house, that keeps me and my family protected from bacteria and the Rona! I highly recommend Rocket AC and Heating via me and my family's personal experience! Thanks Rocket, you have a customer for life!!
