We hired Rockwood based off of a referral from our realtor. Our scenario was unique as we were moving from El Paso to our new house in Spring, and had a short timeline for them to complete the job. From the time of the first discussion with Jacob, we knew that we were in good hands. We had renters in the house and the day after they moved out, Jacob and his crew were in the house first thing. Initially, we were only redoing the floors throughout the whole house. It was a 3k sq ft job. Then, halfway through it, we decided we needed to paint the whole house as well. He got his painting crew in to give a quote, and then start with the paint samples and helped us pick the color, all while we were still in El Paso. Jacob told us that his paint crew was the best in town. After seeing their work, I 100% agree with him!! Iâ ve never seen paint jobs that didnâ t leave a mess somewhere. This was virtually flawless. One thing that was immensely helpful through the project was Jacobâ s opinion. He quickly understood the look I wanted and if any of my picks werenâ t going to work, he let me know and made other suggestions. Overall, we ended up doing all of the floors, paint throughout the whole house, changed the look of the staircase, and changed the fireplace from tile to stone. By the time we were driving into town to move in, the job was 99% complete with a couple small items being finished. The house looked like a different house than we bought. I couldnâ t be happier with the results and love it every time I walk in. We are already planning our next project, an outdoor patio with Rockwood. I will recommend them to anyone that asks!!
