Reviews
Write a ReviewIt was a big residential job, with at least 2 big unforeseeable issues. They overcame both and got it done in a very timely manner. When a 3rd issue came up after completion, they came back and fixed that too. I have little experience with others doing similar work, but it's hard to imagine another company overcoming setbacks better. For bigger jobs, setbacks are going to happen, so it's good to get someone who can deal with them.
Fredy and his staff are the best in the business. 5 star review.
Freddie and his crew are the best. Highly recommended.
They replaced part of some wood retaining walls in my yard and did a nice job. I appreciated that they didnâ t try to oversell me.. They communicated promptly when they found some surprises that changed the price. Nice pair of men as well!
Freddy and his crew did a 65' flagstone walkway with metal edging and pebble surround for us. The work took about a day. We loved working with Freddy, David and Francisco. They did great work and were so accommodating to our very picky requirements. Freddy did a lot of the work himself and kept a good eye on his guys. I thought his price was reasonable, not cheap. We got what we paid for. Total cost was about $2300 including about $600 for materials. I would hire Freddy again in a heartbeat.
Not satisfied with overall work done. Make sure you get a valid contract. He said he was licensed bonded but provided no proof. We had additional work was done that was not in the contract where it was verbally agreed to be done for $750.00, but once done he asked for $1100.00. T They work hard, but some work questionable. We felt we were overcharged for the amount of work done quality.
I apologize for the confusion. I quoted $750 before before he asked us to do additional fascia work and painting. The cost increased for the extra two boards he had us work on. In the future, we will do better to clearly communicate additional costs.
Great company! Very detailed oriented!
He has become a really go friend to us. Has been able to help with emergency situations.
