Paid Tim Roe of Roe Property Solutions $17,895 as a partial payment to build a composite deck (materials) and refinish my cabinets (materials and labor), since July-August 2022. Nothing has been done to date. Got many promises to return my funds, but nothing has happened to todays date. Have not been even able to seen an invoice to show that the materials that were even purchased.

I made the intelligent decision to hire Roe Property Solutions and it made me look brilliant!! Tim returned my calls immediately, I was able to get an estimate and the job scheduled on the first day I spoke with Tim. On the agreed upon day Tim arrived timely, was respectful and courteous and did a great job!!!! I have already called him for a second job and he was able to come right over!!! Tim has years of experience and is a Jack of all trades AND MASTER of all!! I will be definitely be using him again and giving his name to all my family and friends!! You can't go wrong hiring Roe Property Solutions!! You will be glad you did!!!
