We hired Ronin Plumbing to install Boiler and did the contract. Before contract and payment, he said he would install boiler as soon as payment received. But after payment he completely changed and he did not pick up the phone only messaged to me. He neither wanted to install boiler nor refund. I requested the refund the deposit but he did not refund. He always lied about refunding and promised to refund but never wanted to refund. He lied many times such as he was hospital, family vacation to Maine, busy at customer water logged basement, outside of Massachusetts and promised to money order delivery but never delivered, mobile signal non reachable place etc. We believed that he speaking truth at first but he always say something unbelievable things that was complete lie. He uses many names Brian Ronin, Brian O'Regan, Brian Renaud and also many business fake address. I scheduled installation of gas piping with this plumber.After paying in advance much of the project, he became difficult to reach, (did not show twice for appointments). When I decided to discontinue, he did not refund $1300 he owed for work not completed. I cannot believe you have someone of this caliber on your website. My new plumber had to take out the little work he did and start over. He said it was sloppy and not correctly done.

"After the first day of work and contracts had been singed four days of work were agreed upon. She tells me I can only work one day per month that she lives in new York and can only be in Boston one day a month. I told her that would take up to much of my time and we need to renegotiate the contract she did no so I took the money she gave me bought the materials and gave her two days work I explained that's what I'm giving you because that's what you paid for. If you want to re negotiate we can do business"

We had mysterious circular marks on our bedroom ceiling; the area above is a crawl space. Bryan came with an assistant, they investigated the situation, tried to duplicate the problem and gave us a solution. They were knowledgeable and professional.

I gave him a rather sizable job to install new gas pipe and commercial kitchen equipment. Brian always responded and showed up promptly to get money, and then disappeared. He has not yet finished his job after 2.5 months, and I will file a complaint to the pluming licensing board. If you are doing a commercial kitchen and do not want a headache, avoid Brain O'Regan.

He called me immediately and from reviews I read he showed up on time for jobs. That was not the case for me. Both times I used him he showed up over an hour late and never apologized. He did a good job though.

I said it was a problem with the heating in the unit not turning off on the phone. He attempted to reseat some wires and said I may need an electrician. Problem has persisted.

I have used Ronin Plumbing several times over the past few months and have been very well satisfied. He responds quickly, communicates well and takes the time to educate the customer on what it is that may be affecting their plumbing service and how best to address the problem. He never seems to forget that he works for the client and that is very welcome In today's world. I am not hesitant at all in recommending Ronin to family and friends.

Brian called me immediately upon receiving my request and promptly showed up within the hour. Within in minutes he had my heat up and running. He explained the problem and how to keep my heat on while he went to get a replacement part. Brian was back within 30 minutes and the total repair was completed not long after. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a furnace repair. I would not hesitate to call him again with any boiler or plumbing issues.

Brian and his assistant are fantastic. I cannot praise them enough for the work they did for us. My husband and I were very pleased and will continue to use him for all our plumbing issues. These guys were at the house only an hour after I called. All told, the entire project was completed less than 3 hours after I made the initial phone call. Brian and his crew were very professional and gave us a good price. They are now my first phone call whenever I have plumbing needs.

He is the most unfriendly and very rude person I have ever met in my life. He installed a boiler for me and it took him one day to install it and 4 weeks for him to get the garbage out of my cellar! The heat was not coming up properly and he said he would have to come back periodically to bleed the radiators. Every time we made him an appointment for him to come over he either stood me up or he did not even call! Until I threatened him that if he did not come over this past Saturday he would suffer the consequences.

"Not only did i give this woman a great price. she had several small projects that asked me to coordinate the removal of the old oil and several other contractors which i did for free. She ws vefy nervous about being ripped off so before i got the job i made several trips for free to ease her nerves. I explained before i touched anything her piping sysyem was really messed up she did not want to fix it. I told her it woud need to be bled more than normal systems nd that we would return and bleed it as many times needed for free which we did five as for the trash we got there and they were bags of her trash not ours ."

Brian was incredibly helpful,and knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would, and was able to correct most of the issues we had. I would absolutely use him again, and would recommend him to friends.
