I should have read the reviews before agreeing to hire this service. I was ripped off for $110 (plus $ tip). I requested service for a drain cleaning. I specifically requested my toilet to be removed and the drain to be snaked 50-75 ft. When Ronnie arrived (40 minutes after the time he said he would arrive) he was not in a stocked work truck. He proceeded to sell me a drain opener solution and he guaranteed it would work, and if it did not, he would come back and snake the line. He left at 2:00 and told me to wait 3 hours to flush my toilet. I waited, and of course it did not work. He could not/would not come back out same day, and the following day he called with an emergency and said he would come the next morning. I ended up canceling his service and went and bought a drain cleaner machine from Home Depot and snaked my line myself. I also paid cash (my mistake) so there is no way to be refunded thru.

First off the guy showed up two and a half hours late and he asked me what was my budget I told him I did not have one because it was not planned he looked at my pipes and said oh well I am going to have to cut your wall open and cut half of your pipe and get my snake in there but for the meantime just put some bleach in there and if that do not work I will come back tomorrow and fix it and deduct the 139 that you need to give me today from the price of me fix it tomorrow
