Working with Joey and Roof Pro, Inc. could not have been easier. From the moment I contacted Joey about possible roof damage from a hail storm, he was responsive, professional, and hard working. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Joey worked with the insurance company to make sure the claim was submitted correctly. He showed up when he said he would and the work was completed on time. He answered every call and concern promptly. I cannot recommend Roof Pro Inc more highly.

He was very efficient and we did not have to wait long at all. I have tried several companies before Roof Pro, and they made appointments, then rescheduled, then did not show at all.

I had my roof sealed in Nov 2013. No issue no rain, rainy season begins 2014 roof was leaking, called several times, no response. 2015, raining for 5 days straight and still leaking. Have a 7 year warranty and would like to see what that covers if anything. If I hear back from Joey and they can do something about the leaking I will change my review. If not then it stands.

Came out and bid the job right away. When I called back to confirm that I would go with their bid Joey came out and I signed the paper work for the job to go ahead with half down. They were out the next day and the job was complete in one day as it was a only about 700 sq. ft.

Joey Steffan called quickly, set up the initial meeting, and made the meeting on time. They checked the roof for other problems areas, gave me a good estimate and completed th work on schedule. They called me and kept me updated as the project continued. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

They insisted on money upfront and then dragged their feet for 8 weeks on performing the install. I signed a contract with them outlining the price for the roof, and after the roof was done I got a final bill for $2110 additional. They are non-responsive if you try to call them on the phone, I am very sorry that I hired them and cannot honestly recommend them.
