Bob responded right away after I requested an appointment for an estimate. He emailed and then called me. I made an appointment for the estimate and he showed up right on time, went up on the roof, came down and told us the situation. We just purchased the home and the Inspector told us that a couple of shingles were missing, some nails had raised, the flashing had come up and the chimney crown was deteriorating. Bob came down off the roof and everything the Inspector said we needed to have done, is exactly what Bob told us we needed. He did not try to talk us into doing anything unnecessary.
