Schneider Roofing, Remodeling

Came out very quickly and took care of the problem.

Schneider Roofing is definitely a company I will call again. David Koeller came out when he promised. He was very detailed and took his time with our roof. We had a leak in a bedroom and had no idea where it was coming from. He took a look inside and tried to find the path. While inside, he was super sweet with my kids. He did many different things to try and help with our leak. Our roof is only 3 years old, so this was not a big project, but he made it seem like it was a priority and explained everything along the way. David even dealt with all the questions my little guy kept asking as he was on the roof. To top it off, no more leaking. I would highly recommend Schneider Roofing!

David Koeller was the most professional worker ever! We need more people with his attitude working in this field. I just had a new roof put on this year and moisture was on the walls in my home. He was able to explain why it happen and even defended the jerk who installed the roof. I was very happy and I think he should get a raise.

We had just purchased a house as an investment property. Two days after we closed a small storm came through and we had several areas of shingles popping up. I called Schneider and David Koeller made an quick trip to our place to take a look. (He was already booked but made sure he got to come look at our issue.) David determined it was a bad patch job. He immediately got up on the roof and repaired multiple areas that had issues. He inspected the rest of the roof and let us know it was in good shape. He even pointed out some siding that was missing on our chimney. It was a great experience.

Called Schneider to do am emergency roof repair for fallen shingles. Dave came out to on a Friday for an estimate but didn't have the right color with him. So he came back on Sunday to complete the repair. We really appreciated him doing that on a weekend for a last-minute request. He also tacked down a bunch of other loose shingles. Oh, he also noticed a wasp nest on the eve, which he sprayed and got rid off. He didn't charge us a cent more than what we agreed to originally. Will absolutely recommend Dave and Schneider to anyone !!!

Reasonable quote and the work was done satisfactorliy . They even came 2 days early because the scheduled day's predicted rain.
