Electrician was delayed due to another job which took longer than scheduled, and kept me appraised of the delay. Once on site, he identified and resolved the problem in under 1 hour. Completely satisfied with their work.

I had a little issue with scheduling as the first appointment ended up not happening. They were able to schedule me for the following day, however with a different electrician and this individual did a great job and was good to work with. The first appointment was frustrating because I had to call multiple times to be informed that the appointment ultimately was not going to happen. The install was completed the following day by Tony and he called ahead of time, coordinated with me regarding the lights being LED and Dimmers, so he could make sure and have the right switches. He did a great job installing a new fixture and had no problem going through multiple configurations with the chandelier to find the correct height to secure it at. Would happily work specifically with Tony from Rose City Electric again.

They showed up on time. The work was done well but very slowly. More than two hours to install just one light fixture. The worker showed up without supplies then stated he would need to go to the store to buy the parts. That would cost us $95.00 for the hour to go buy the parts he should have brought with him. I explained the job in detail when I scheduled. Eventually he cobbled together enough stuff to do the the job without going to the store. I was charged a "van fee". What is a "van fee" ? " Parts price was $65.00 for one box and some conduit. I supplied the light. Good work but bill high.

They came really fast, which was important, since I'd lost power in half of my house. The electrician who came out was speedy, informative, and easy to deal with, and cleaned up all mess made during the installation.

Journeyman electrician checked out all my electrical concerns, fixed electrical issues, and eased my mind about electrical fire concerns. Gave complete understandable explanations of what was going on with electrical and work being done and was efficient.

I emailed them at midnight, and they called me early the next morning! (How awesome is THAT?!) They were able to send someone (who arrived even earlier than appt.) for this emergency fix of my landscape lighting--the day before a big party. I was so HAPPY! Great service and great job--all the lights on all three lines worked again.
