One lady was on the phone & worked slowly. The other was very good. Overall, the house looked good.

I was told that they would be able to climb on my counters to get to my soffits to take down the stuff up there, but then found out that they couldn't. I only wish that they would have told me that in the beginning. I was just told the wrong information. I'm not upset. Other than that, the girls were very nice, polite, went through everything with me. I would definitely hire them again.

They were exceptional. ki have been cleaning my condo myself for 3 years or so but I hired them because I had visitors coming in. They cleaned things I never bothered with and the overall result was noticeable. They did the whole place in 2 hours which was amazing. They also cleaned metal surfaced in the lenai I did not think could be cleaned without spending extra on special cleaners. I will go out of my way to hire them aagain.

I set my cleaning appointment up months in advance with the owner in my home. I needed 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 baths and kitchen to be deep clean. I explained how important it was that it be done well and completely because my elderly sister was moving in with us. I admitted that it was a lot of cleaning needed. She took detailed notes and worked out a schedule for her "team" and gave me a quote which was reasonable. The 2 ladies who showed up were very nice but in the time alotted, they were able to clean only the 3 bedrooms (two of which were COMPLETELY EMPTY!) and one bathroom. They felt so rushed at the end that they offered to stay 45 min. longer just to finish that up. Under such a rush, lots of details in just those few rooms were skipped (my doors were filthy, etc.). The manager of the two worked very, very hard and deducted time for their cigarette breaks and was kind. The other woman was on the cell phone too much in my opinion, but she also did her best. The owner offered to have staff return another weekend, but I would have to pay an additional 300 dollars, which I hadn't budgeted for. She was nice, but took no responsibility for making what she called "underestimating the time need". I was told by the staff and owner that weekends are tough to staff because few people clean on the weekends. When we initially met, I didn't want a weekend clean but she told me that she preferred that I be there. The staff told me that regular customers are done on weekdays and "one time" or "special" jobs are put off for the weekends. In the end, two relatives gave me money to quickly hire ONE woman to come and finish the job. Yes, it took her three additional hours, but she was thorough, took one break for a snack and never touched her cell phone. I paid an additional 200 to her, but I got results. She was unimpressed with the other rooms, especially considering two of the rooms were completely EMPTY. Nice people, BAD experience.

They do excellent work. My house is always so clean after they leave. I have never had any complaints about their service or how professional and nice the ladies are. We started out with one crew and was changed to a different crew which we still get our house just as clean. The owners are great, very easy to work with .

The staff was very polite and explained what they were doing for a move cleaning. They had great attention to detail. My house sparkled after they finished.
