We hired SB builders and Bob to build us a new house in McLean. We had interviewed multiple other contractors, however, once we interviewed Bob with SB when you were right there and then that he is the right guy for this job. He is professional, his knowledge, his passion for what he does came right through during the interview. We were so happy that we picked SB builders and Bob to build us our dream home, we highly highly recommend Bob with SB builders and construction.

Bob and his team were fantastic to work with and built my dream garage! The finished product is exactly what we spoke about on day one and Bob communicated very well throughout the whole project. We had multiple bids for this project and ultimately went with Bob for several reasons. One, the price was reasonable for the work and two, during our initial meeting he listened very carefully to what I wanted and his passion for building and delivering what the customer wants was apparent. Once we had the permits in hand, they worked incredibly fast to deliver an extremely well built, beautiful building. Bobs attitude and customer service is stellar and again, he communicated very well throughout the project and ALWAYS answers his phone!

I can't imagine any business owner wanting to please his clients more than Bob does. He loves his job, and it comes through in the work. He's accessible and responsive, even on nights and weekends, and not once did we feel he was overcharging us. He embraced our design vision and steered us away from some bad ideas that, frankly, other contractors would have proceeded with just because they wanted to charge us for them. He's assembled a terrific team that works extraordinarily hard to deliver great work on time. Cesar, Nixon, Edwin, Jorge, Angel -- we're grateful to all of you. We initially chose to work with Bob over some other contractors because he guaranteed our (significant) renovation would be far enough along for us to move into the house in less than two months. Friends who'd gone through renovations were skeptical that Bob could deliver on that promise, but he did, completing the vast majority of the work nearly two weeks before our deadline. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and we're thankful to Bob for all that he did to make it happen.

Bob and his team did a great job renovating my bathroom. Bob was very responsive throughout the whole process and made sure we were satisfied with the results. They were on time each day, were easy to work with, and finished in the anticipated timeframe. The tile work was excellent - I would definitely recommend SB Builders & Construction.

Everything turned out better then I could have ever imagined. I absolutely love our new floors and kitchen. The guys were here on time everyday and made sure that everything was taken care of and that we were happy with the results.
