One of the workers left the door to 1 of my furnaces open, Not completely closed. Consequently, there was no power in the system. I had to tech to come out on a Sunday because I know nothing about that stuff. It cost me a Sunday fee because of their mistake. Here is the main problem. I called them 3 times to talk to a Manager. No one ever called back! I believe they owe me.

They did a great job and were very customer service oriented. Its expensive to have this job done but well worth it to have clean air coming through the vents. The big machinery did scratch a little of our wood floor but overall they did a fantastic job.

The explained the project upfront and made other recommendations for other areas of my house. They performed the work well; however, there were communication challenges when we had to call back later to explain that there were issues with air quality after the cleaning. Without hesitation, they returned to inspect and ultimately performed the the work again once they discovered that a duct came disconnected during the process the first time. I would recommend their services.

prices were very competitive. when they came they were very courteous of my children, and where they were. They finished the job quickly.

Junior and Quinten were professional and diligent about explaining the process of duct cleaning, and they truly cleaned the area they were working in at every step in their process. They advised me on some good items to install in the future that we were not aware of for allergen reduction. I liked them so much that I requested them to come back and fog the vents in order to kill microbes, etc. They are fast-working with attention to detail, very knowledgeable and efficient in what they do. They took their time to answer questions and were accessible throughout the process. I give SD Air Quality, Quinton and Junior my highest recommendation to others.

Service was quick and efficient.
