Did some work, then scheduled a follow-up appointment to install a part. Missed two appointments without any notice to me. In the end I have to start over again with another company, and so will have to pay another service fee. I called the company to speak with the owner, but they had the service person call me.

Charlie was amazing. He came out at 11:30pm to get our AC running. Another major company just kept forcing a new unit down my familyâ s throat despite being told we couldnâ t afford it. Charlie came asked if I had the unit running and I said no. He turned it on, it only needed coolant and found where the possible leak was. I canâ t thank him enough. Currently itâ s 2am and yes my ac is old but itâ s running cold thanks to Charlieâ s company.

I’m writing this review at 1am, our A/C broke tonight and we have two babies in the house. After searching google for 2 hours and calling answering services and getting insane quotes just to come out NO technician even were even available. So I turned to HomeAdvisor and they linked me up with Charlie. At midnight he responded was really nice, charged me the fairest price I was offered, jumped in his truck and was at my house in 30 minutes. Like I said A/C is fixed and the total cost was under what one person wanted just to come out! I really mean it when I say thank for helping us out tonight!
