He found that the leak was not the problem of the washing machine . He checked all the systems. He concluded that it must be a problem with the drainage hose. I washed one load of towels and it worked fine. Today I washed some clothes and ended up with water on the floor. I will call him and get other suggestions.

Very fast response to request to evaluate a 15 month old refrigerator suddenly not cooling. Compressor failure, out of warranty, of course. I received a very complete assessment of the problem and cost estimate for repair out of warranty, more than a new refrigerator would cost. He recommended pursuing the issue with Samsung, which I did, and got complete repair at no financial cost to me, but it took weeks of persistence that I would not have tried if he did not recommend it. I really feel bad that I could not afford to hire this company to do the repair, but I will definitely call them again because of the honesty and comprehensive knowledge of the problem. Highly recommend!!!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
