Reviews
Write a ReviewThe worker arrived on time. He pays a great attention to details. He tried to get everything right. He is very professional and reliable. I like the quality of the work. I will recommend this company and hire him again.
Andrew is an awesome Contractor and he is honest in letting you know what can or can't be done. The work is excellent and professionally done. He answers all questions, explains in details the progression of progress. Most importantly, Chris and Justine does excellent top of the line work! Sim Corp is definitely the company to hire for honesty , reliable, quality and for leaving the areas inside and outside clean. They are the "Best"! I recommend them highly. You will not be dissatisfied! I am more than happy that I hired them! In addition, Justin and Chris really appreciate your work. Thanks!
Andrew and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Work was completed within the set time and everything was high quality. The crew was able to address additional small issues that I hadn't noticed during the repair and everything still came in at the quoted cost.
Andrew and his team started Full remodel of side room with fire place within couple of day of me hiring him. He was always available when needed showed up with his team in the mornings. They did wonderful job on the fireplace fascia, did everything specified in the contract. Very kind and professional amazing job guys!
We had a complete inside house renovation, 3500 sqft. Andrew said he would be there everyday, some Saturdays too, and he was, never missed a day during the 5 month renovation. He was always available and very responsive. I have been in the home building industry for over 20 years and it was obvious that Andrew knows what he is doing and brings over 30 years of experience and talent to the job everyday. Another great attribute he brings to the job is the ability to share ideas but also listens to new ideas and is very willing to try new ways and styles. I canâ t say that Andrew didnâ t have strong opinions from time to time but we were always, and I mean always able to work through any issue or disagreement. (He even sometimes admitted he was wrong, LOL) Seriously, I found a friend in Andrew and his team, which is something I never expected. His lead guy on my job, Justin, has the greatest attitude and wants to please the customer and his boss and does a great job walking that line. I consider Andrew and Justin to be life long friends. The job was large, a complete remodel, every room in the house, floors to ceilings, fixtures and new builds, tear outs and reruns of electric and plumbing. There wasnâ t a spot in the house that wasnâ t touched, new door trim, new window trim, new base, new doors, added doors, cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, carpet, if it goes in a house it was done during this job. Andrew has a CAN DO attitude and a WILL DO mentality. It was a pleasure working with him, and in my case I did work with him, but even if thatâ s not your desire, he can and will do it all. If Andrew says he will do something, he does it, no exceptions and no excuses, heâ s there when he says heâ ll be and stays until itâ s done. His crew listens to him, learns from him and keeps the job site clean and neat, well, as neat as you can during a full remodel. If I were to do this again, I hope thatâ s not the case, I would use Andrew, SIMCORP, again. One last shout out to Andrew and his team, especially Justin who never missed a day and always aimed to please, worked extra hard and put in numerous extra hours, always going the extra mile. Thanks to Andrew for his willingness to allow Justin to do that, that shows the kind of leader Andrew is and his willingness to have his crew be so customer oriented. Thank you SIMCORP, Andrew, Justin and everyone involved. My wife and I couldnâ t be happier. I expect Andrew will post pictures of the before and after shots of the house, so you can judge for yourself. Donâ t be afraid to trust your next job to SIMCORP Construction.
Andrew Keshner is available and responsive immediately. You can call anytime with questions and he always answers. His employees are very talented and eager to please. They did a beautiful job. Andrew is very kind. When the worker came back to complete the check-off list, Andrew told him to help prop up our fence that the storm had blown down. My husband and I are in our 70s and were unable to do this ourselves. We really appreciated his kind gesture. Thank you to Justin and George for your hard work. .
I highly recommend Andrew and his crew. They gutted our pond and reconstructed it, including plants and fish! Then added spot lightening, driveway lighting, improved pavers, and finished it all up w amazing gravel work. He communicated the entire project, was on time, had a reliable and efficient crew, and overall was so amazing to work with. He went above and beyond!!!!
We are so happy with are master bedroom/bathroom remodel. The job involved removing walls and changing the floor plan. Simcorp Construction helped us redesign and tweak our original plan. Andrew and his crew arrive on time and clean up the job site daily. We were amazed how clean the crew kept everything as they worked. Andrew stands out for his professionalism and heâ s always available to answer questions. We highly recommend the Simcorp company.
Do not ever hire for anything at all. these individuals were sited by the st Lucie county building dept. For having no local license, and no permit, condemned by a structural engineer had to hire. Andy will not give the official engineer name. I have tons of photos from this looser. what engineer did you use where is the porch, deck, and pitched roof? poor little cannot read plans he is lost. no 1099 paid in cash perhaps no taxes. he is in big trouble department of business regulations. no worker comp felony no permit is a felony. they are coming for you out all the f.s.. 489 you intentionally disregarded. of regulations does not take to your kind lightly. You are a liar, deceiver and delusional, snap out of it tell Johnny George going down too! your morons... I have got all pictures, copy of the threatening text you! losers have no where to hide even your rental, you own nothing...
Miss Crowe is extremely hard to work for, 3/4 way through job she made me stop because she wanted to do her floor, I told her if we stop , I need to start another job, so we stopped as per her request, when her floor was done she called me and said I need to drop everything and come back , I told her when I'm finished with the job I'll be back , she didn't want to hear that,, mind you, I was paid up to date, the money she owed was for the next step, she demanded I come immediately I told her I couldn't there was an argument and she threw me off the job , she has had two other contractors there after me and each one of them walked off the job. I am taking the homeowner to court for breach of contract.
The owner is honest and humble, he explained every detail of the work he was about to perform. His workers were neat, respectful and trustworthy. The job was immaculate at the end of the day. The owner was always available yo speak to us.
