In 2017 we hired SnK, a competent small business to clean our pool weekly throughout warmer months and twice monthly during colder months and at a reasonable price. We work out of town 20-25 days a month, so required very dependable help keeping our pool clean with appropriate chemical balance. Sylvester is dependable and does an excellent job and Nicole gets back to us quickly online when we ask questions or make special requests.

We needed a new heating element in our Swimspa. I texted them, and Sylvester texted me right back with a time and date he would be here. He actually showed up early, was here for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. We tested the spa before he left and it's been purring away, heating up. We will have a great Christmas, sitting in our nice warm spa. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs work done on their spa.

Mr. King was awesome! He saved our weekend and money! We run a very busy hotel property here in North Charleston. Our pool had turned colors on us with the chemicals we were using. During the summer at a hotel your pool is in high demand. So having a pool out of order is No Bueno! They came out in a timely manner and had our pool up and running in less than 24 hours. Ms. Green was very pleasant and helpful with billing. Great service and Outstanding work! I'd not only use them again but I'd tell other properties about them also.
