    SOS was very responsive. I had a call from them within 10 minutes of my placing an inquiry to Home Advisor. They were very knowledgeable and installed the gas shutoff valve the next morning. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing expertise.

    I bought the complete set for a toilet installation and disposed of the old one before the service call. The technician charged me for parts that were included in my purchase but decided to use his own. I have these parts in the garage in which I will never use again. I feel it was a cheesy way to add charges on top of a $105 service charge.

    Dan came over as soon as I called and gave me an estimate and did the work and charged exactly what he said. I would recommend SOS to anyone who needs a plumber. Dan was so nice and explained everything that he did.
