Overall, we are very satisfied with the landscaping that Karen and Omar completed, who are the owners of Sacred Space Garden Design. I was surprised that Omar went beyond what I expected with his masonry work. The garden walls constructed are solid, rustic and match our existing wall; the steps, solid and beautiful. Karen, who was the overall coordinator of the project, was easy to work with, was knowledgeable about plants and design, flexible with our desires to modify the project as it proceeded and kept us informed of the progress of the project. Many of the uncertainties that I had with costs vs. results were dispelled by observing the material and labor it took to complete the job. Karen uses quality materials that should provide years of service. My experience with Karen is that she is honest and does her best to provide an eye appealing and professional product. Many neighbors have complemented us on the landscaping. Karen continues to visits our home to check on the plants health and the computer regulated-watering system. She plans to provide us with material to maintain our garden. Upon reflection, one thing I would have improved was documentation. I should have documented some details that I expected instead of leaving it to memory. Otherwise, I enjoyed working with Karen and Omar and would recommend their services.

Karen and crew did a terrific job under difficult circumstances. The project dragged on because of City inspectors and she delt with it. She stood by her warrantee and we now have a very attractive property.
