Rip-off. He was here 10 minutes and charged $131. He argued that the $59 rate was if he ran the router from outside, which would have taken much longer and been more difficult, but he maintained that's cheaper??? Then he said there was corrosion in the line and there would need to be a seal or the entire line cleaned out, when it's actually been running quite well, but he had no evidence to show me. This was a very minor slow toilet drain. It was clear when he was here and I simply wanted him to use his machine to make sure there wasn't an obstruction in the line. There wasn't, but he clearly wanted to sell more useless services.
