Manny came out and was able to help get our system working again after the extreme heat put it out of commission. He didn't have the right part on the truck, but was able to put in a substitute part, and came back later to install the right part and save us some money doing so.

Salazar Heating and Air was professional and educated on the issue and fixed our AC. The tech and co-owner took the time to listen to our problem, spoke intelligently and shared hypothesis of potential issues and successfully completed the repair on his first visit. Two other companies refused to even attempt a repair due to the age of our units and resorted to aggressive sales tactics charging us for doing literally nothing. Manny took time to discuss options after the repairs were complete and is now working on quotes to replace the units in the near future. The service was courteous, professional, prompt, and with integrity. We will continue to do business with Salazar Heating and Air and will be routing all future referrals to them too. Top notch work.

I contacted Salazar Heating and Air through Thumbtack because one of the two of our ACs was not cooling efficiently. I contacted them on Friday morning and almost immediately received a call from Stefanie to discuss our issue and to come up with a plan. Stefanie was extremely helpful and nice and we decided to go with a yearly service program where they would service our ACs, furnaces, and hot water heater. Later that same day, Manny arrived very promptly to service our main floor AC because that was providing the biggest issue. He was extremely nice, helpful, and serviced our AC very well. On Sunday, Manny reached out to schedule the maintenance of the second AC and the hot water heater and he is coming today (Monday). I seriously cannot explain how pleasant it was to work with everyone at Salazar Heating and Air and am so excited to have them service our appliances in the future. You are all awesome, team!

Manny takes a unique approach in helping folks who need help with their HVAC systems. Not only is he a master of his trade to be able to easily diagnose and fix whatever is causing an issue, but he is also an overall home comfort expert that can suggest improvements or tweaks so you feel better in your own home.
