They came into my tenants home unauthorized (not on the date that was confirmed), removed the door after I specifically asked them not to, decided that a different sand design would look better , the paint is bubbled, and he left a mess for me to clean up (dust everywhere/ paint on the window and grout) . I went to the office weeks before to choose a sand style and discuss timing and though told Christine that her scatteredness was scaring me and to write everything down. I even planned to work from home on the designated date just to make sure.. but alas, he entered my tenants hone a day early with no warning, so I m stuck... steer clear!
