Top Notch Asphalt And Concrete

This contractor is a scammer. Thomas Sawyer made false promises and said he would finish the project in a week, however, he dragged on for over a month and now would not return our calls. We agreed to a contract totaling $65,000, which included a retaining wall, asphalt, and concrete. Initially, he told us he would easily complete it in a week and would make sure the inspection passed as well, so we would be able open our commercial space to the public. He took well over a month to complete the retaining wall and pour the asphalt. Some days he was on? vacation.? When it came to the concrete portion, he claimed he did not do concrete work himself. Before we signed the agreement, he claimed he ? can do everything.? After a terrible experience with this individual, it is clear he makes false promises and claims to secure a contract and get paid, then fails to deliver. This man overcharged us for the asphalt and retaining wall, however, we paid him since according to our contract, he would do the concrete work cheaper than most others would. He also promised to get the inspection passed and handle all matters related to the project. Now, he is avoiding our calls and would not complete the project. Thomas Sawyer is a FRAUD and should be avoided at all costs. We spoke to a lawyer and we have grounds for a lawsuit.

Owner and his crew were very friendly and did tremendous work. I was shocked at the low cost compared to the amount of work done! Will definitely have them back for future projects!

They did amazing work and they came out again to make sure everything is setting properly. I will be working with them again here soon. They were very efficient, and clean, and I loved working with them.

I hired this company.. They showed up when they said they would and gave me a reasonable quote. They were on time and the crew was professional. The walked me thought the whole process and made sure to answer all my question, I was very pleased when the job was done.

These guys with Top Notch are just that! I was looking to get my driveway done when a friend referred them to me. I called, and they came out the next day to look it over, gave me a fair quote, and had me well taken care of within two weeks time. Before they were done with the driveway, I asked for a rough quote on some concrete I wanted to have poured in my backyard, and they had it done in the same time frame. They made a loyal customer and friend out of me. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I look forward to calling them when I need work done!
