I shopped around and found this company had the best price for what turned out to be great Work! I hired them again for my roof replacement and that was also well done!

Gave him every opportunity to work this out

Price was fair. Owner was open to negotiation. The Job: To remove a condo shower, vanity,mirror,light fixture. To make new shower w Tile, install extractor with light and install an already built IKEA vanity with 2 syncs and new mirror. To patch all drywall for painting. Job was not completed on time. The IKEA vanity "delayed" the process. Eventhough, the Tile crew was also delayed. Owner of company did not communicate who his crew was after repeated request for that info. Owner failed to communicate job was delayed. Owner failed to reply to text,emails or calls timely. Owner of company never inspected the "finished" job. We Had to call the crew he outsourced the job to, to come and fix missing or uneven grout, badly glue baseboards, bad caulking job on vanity, bad drywall patch. Still 3 weeks after, the glue used on the underside of the vanity is not dried and smell of chemicals. Nevermind how horribly they "had" to cut the underside of the vanity to "make it work". A holesaw could have been use to make the cuts for the pipe and water lines cleaner. The Tile job in the shower still has parts without grout. We have a guest bathroom and a kitchen to remodel and we are going elsewhere for that. Do yourself a favor and search the owners name on Google and yahoo or better yet run a background check. I write this after another week has past and the owner is not responding to our request to finish the vanity install by clean cutting the holes for plumbing and removing the wet glue and applying better quality glue, one that dries! To our surprise, the outsourced Tile crew did respond and is scheduled to come and complete the grout job.

He has done two outdoor showers as well as remodel our bathroom and our bedroom. Workmanship is excellent, he see's things I don't. He is the best we've had.
