As an expert in your field you should know when to take a contract and when not to. You should be able to keep the agreement between the customer and yourself

Melody, I provided you with a quote. I explained that I would not fully understand the complete details of waterproofing until we unveiled the siding up to the roof. I understand you want to keep a budget but we cannot afford to cut corners on any projects. Seeing as we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship. I hope once the rubber roof is repaired or replaced, we can complete the specialty siding that was already ordered. We hope to hear from you soon!

James and Dustin did an amazing job building the handicap ramp for our garage. Their work was very precise and nicely done. Now my husband can safely travel in and out of our home without fear of falling. Thank you James and Dustin for making this a worry free entry for my husband. Now I (wife) can take this off my "Worry" list. LOL We will be happy to have them do work for us again!

This project was a long punch-list of repairs and touch ups to get my house ready to go on the market. James and Dustin were great! They did an inspection and recommended a few other fixes that really made sense. They worked quickly and efficiently. The additional fixes did not even add to the total because they worked so quickly and diligently. The work was high-quality. Two weeks later, I hired them for another job and once again they provided excellent service. James and Dustin are also polite, professional, personable and flexible. They were open to changes and they always provided both options and thorough explanations for all repairs. I wish I had found them years ago because they work hard, take pride in the outcome of their work, and charge a reasonable price.
