We got a deluxe sunroom with interior wood. Wes was always very attentive and responded fast to any questions. He came here whenever we needed him. The factory was responsive and the owner visited us (we are not far). We tweaked the design quite a bit, and this is important: Many sunroom builders have standard designs, and you'll find you want to customize it. We went all out for our own thing and it's worth the extra money. The quality is great and we love living in it.

Our experience with Seattle Patio was an excellent one because all parties involved were true professionals at their jobs. Wes arrived at our home on time and with samples of his building materials for us to see and touch. He then began by listening to both of us proceed to tell him what our vision of the perfect patio cover would be and why. Only after we had our say did he explain how he thought his products could be used to accomplish our project desires. Wes never pressured either one of us during this process, nor did he take sides while we hemmed and hawed over various elements while coming to a consensus. His neutrality during this part of the process was very much appreciated and allowed us feel real comfort with the product decisions we finally made. The only point I was the least bit skeptical on was when he told us that his installation crew would have our project completed in one day. I had heard this boastful promise before from other contractors that had not come through. I was truly wonderfully surprised when Wes and his very skilled installers were here and gone in less than 8 hours. All they left behind was a fantastic looking patio cover that was built to all of our specifications. Wes checked in with both of us and made sure that all work had been completed to our satisfaction and all debris had been cleaned up before leaving us to enjoy our beautifully covered patio. My husband and I recommend Wes and his entire crew at Seattle Patio to anyone considering a covered outdoor patio space or sun room that will last a lifetime and look beautiful as well. We love our finished patio!!!!

Very happy with the with the whole transaction. I would recommend Wes to anyone that wants a dry deck all winter. It makes a lot of the year "deck friendly", with the addition of a fan overhead & a propane fire pit
