From beginning to end this was a great service call. Steve Hylton came to fix our AC, he was right on time, VERY friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and cleaned up the area. I can recommend him without reservation. He will be doing all of our AC and heating work from now on. Thanks Steve!

On a routine inspection by another contractor, my furnace was found to several holes in the heat exchanger. By law, they were required to shut it down. I then got two estimates, one from DM Select, and another from a much larger HVAC organization. DM Select was very responsive. They answered my questions quickly and provided a quote rapidly. They through in several extras which made the value they were giving significantly higher. PLUS, they worked me in on the very next business day - 12 hours before a major snow storm was supposed to hit the area. The men arrived on time, and were courteous and very knowledgeable. They showed me the old system, and why it should be replaced. The installation of the furnace and thermostat was first rate. We also asked other questions about our general ventilation system - as the intakes were quite noisy with our old system. He explained what the issue was and what could be done about it. VERY HELPFUL! So, I am very pleased with this contractor!

Mr. Jim that came was very informative and polite. The price was great and now my air conditioner works very good. They are dependable and on time. They are professional. I am very happy with this company.

Our technician was very nice and did a thorough job with servicing our heating and cooling system. He explained and showed us the small issues he found and made fair recommendations without forcing us to make any decisions. Thank you!!!

They were very polite.

Son arrived sooner than expected, which is always good. Son is semi professional but not personable. I told him we have strict parking rules and he needed to move his van to an unmarked spot. He said there were none. There were, but he moved his van into a spot designated for a an owner. Thankfully he was not towed. He seemed to be under the impression that the heat pump outside was for our unit, it was only for the 3rd floor unit. Son was here about 2 hours. He told me that the Blow (Blower) motor was bad causing overheating on the compressor. The cost would be $800.00 plus a $95.00 service fee. He had one in his van and completed the job. He told me that parts are good for one year and service is good for one month. I don't get that. It's getting warmer in here now and that was the goal. My 94 year old Mother is always cold!!! 80 degrees works good for her
