Solved my problem. I thought it was raccoons rustling in my attic, Steven quickly identified it was big noisy rats, not raccoons. (There was a previous raccoon nesting issue in my new-to-me house, according to my neighbors) He went up in the attic and found their nest, which scared them out so they never came back--his reputation on the Rat Internet and human smell made them skedaddle. Then Steven identified the access points they were using to get into the attic, and blocked them all off. Problem solved, well done! He also educated me on critter behavior and psychology that helped me understand the different alternatives I had, and choose the right one for me. I would recommend Steven and Semper Fi Critter Guys to anyone who has an animal-noises-in-the-attic problem like I did!
