This company did a partial repair jib, left the condenser unattached to the lines all winter, and now no longer responds to calls or emails. Terrible, terrible service. Do not use it!!

Had an entire heating system replaced in my house. Being such a big job I requested four quotes. Two companies never returned a quote, another didn't quote the job properly. Mark at Sensible Heating not only gave me a thorough quote, but also in a timely manner. After witnessing all the hard work that went into this install, I definitely feel I got my money's worth and then some. Mark and Paul were so professional and respectful. They both were excellent at addressing any concerns I had and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. This is the only company you should hire for your heating and cooling needs. They are worth their weight in gold!

He installed the outside condenser for my central air unit. Very professional. Came 1 day after emailing him and he gave me a quote for 2 different units I could install. Also came up with the idea to run the electrical outside the house so I would not have to put holes in my finished basement. Excellent work and was complete in 1 day.

My husband and I talked to a few different air conditioning contractors. We were extremely impressed with Mike from the start. He and his brother work together And did an OUTSTANDING JOB! We Would highly recommend them to anyone and feel sure they would be as happy as we are. They're very neat, reliable, and worked efficiently. We dealt with Mike, one of the two brothers that did the job. They were both incredibly friendly, neat and clean, and worked quickly. They went out of our way and went above and beyond what we ever could have expected. I had asked them to leave off the toe kick heater in the kitchen to bring the cost down $400, which allowed me to get the loan approval. They ended up installing a small section of baseboards anyway for no extra cost because he told my dad he didn't feel right leaving me with nothing in the kitchen. On their website their tagline is "Quality Means Doing it Right When No One is Looking!" They definitely exemplified this through their work and the decisions they made while completing my upgrade. I am not an HVAC expert by any means, so I was honest with Mike telling him I know enough to know what I don't know. I told him I would rely on their expert decisions to do the right thing and that I wanted to trust them to tell me what I needed to do. They most certainly didn't let me down. Thank you!

I had an early hour call for my heater not working in my house.Mark answered the call and made the repairs as fast as he could thankfully,it was pretty cold that morning so I'm very thankful. Could not ask for anything more than what he did that morning,price was good and work was great.would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs on their home heating system.

Mark was able to fit me into his schedule and came to my house after a full day of work. He completed the service on time and as expected.

He fitted me into his schedule after 5:00 PM, came and efficiently went about his work and solved the problem. Seemed expensiv ($235) for a few hours work, but results were fully satisfactory.

Mark, the owner was very professional and did an excellent job. He explained what the problem was and even check the whole system. On top of that, I told him a friend of mine was having a problem with his central air and could my friend call him to set up and appointment. He told me to have my friend call him that day and he would service him immediately, which he did and handled the problem that day. I would highly recommend Sensible Heating and Air Conditioning.

I just purchased a short sale Townhouse in West Warwick. The furnace and central air unit needed to be replaced, being new to RI I goggled local HVAC and started calling around. It wasn't easy to find someone willing to do the job or to get a quote and when I did there was a lot of phone tag going on. On day I happened to see a TV commercial for Home Advisor and gave it a try. I feel very fortunate I did and that I found Sensible Heating & Air conditioning. The owner Mark was awesome! He answered every call or called right back if he was busy, he saved me thousands and left my house/yard as clean as it was before he got there. Mark was prompt and patient. He said what he was going to do and he did what he said. He explained everything to me before he left.

Mark was prompt, knowledgeable and very reaonably priced compared to others I got quotes from. He told me what to expect and did what he said. When I call for a quote he answered within 24 hours and set up an appointment for the next day. I will recomend him to all my friends.
