Honest, Could have charged a LOT more by replacing the pump. Instead, he used a wet vac and it cleared the clog.. Very Pleased

Prompt response to initial call and excellent diagnosis of the issues with our dryer and stove. Jon gave us a quote that day and even though there were several days between when he received the dryer and stove parts he made two trips to install so that we would not be without our dryer another few days. Excellent overall experience!

Experienced a few delays with parts order, but Jon maintained good communication. When additional issues were noted with refrigerator, Jon gave good counsel and advice. Fees were very reasonable. Jon was professional, courteous and on time.
