Write a ReviewWhile I had some issues with the initial application, Nile was able to rectify the work and complete the job to a good quality level. Nile is dedicated to the work and ultimately feels strongly about making the job right and customer satisfied.
We are in the process working with Rob to do touch ups and make things 100%. We are committed to Rob to make sure the customer is satisfied. We have completed the minor repairs as of 7-11-20.
The owner is a really good guy. Took longer than contracted time but he made good on it and offered some extras to make up for it. Very fair. Workmanship is top-notch and he has very good attention to detail. Happy to leave a good review.
We only signed one contract in November and no monies were exchanged until Dec 31 to lock in material cost. We do not schedule work until we get a deposit. We explained to the customer we were still working on a job that the weather had set us back a lot (Dec, Jan, Feb and parts of March were severe and not favorable for digging). When we started the job for the original work the customer added an additional wall in the back and we had to regrade the back area and divert a small creek to keep the back yard from washing out and standing in water. In the process of all of this, rain was a factor because rain was prevalent every week 2 to 3 to 4 days at a time. Yes, there were dry days but the ground was still saturated and too muddy to maneuver a machine in a saturated mud area. Out of a month we able to work 6 to 7 days at most and that was on the back area that was added. We finally were able to start the original work and of course the rain was still prevalent and severe, again 3 days of rain and 2 days dry maybe. The days that were dry we were trying to let things dry out so we would not be a total mess and would cost more to fix and clean up. There was addition to the original work as well. We gave the customer a $1000.00 discount because of the setbacks in regards to all of the rain and weather, we stayed in constant communication with the customer at all times. We gave the customer a flat cost with no profit on some items such as plants, grading labor, etc. We were paid in full.
Worked w/ Nile Wilson. Great communication, and very genuine as well. Had an old asphalt driveway completely demo'd and replaced with concrete. He talked me through the process thoroughly and then, most importantly, did what he said he was going to do. End product looked great. Highly recommend working with them.
Very professional team. Quality of their work exceeded expectations. Would certainly hire them again and would highly recommend.
Excellent work with great communication. Reasonable price and they showed up when scheduled. Superb !
Nels responded to my RFQ 30 minutes after submission to Home Advisor. They exceeded my expectations in every category. I have and will continue to recommend Seth Ross to my friends and the next time I need this service I will go to SRL.
Great guys, hard workers, even worked in the rain in order to get the job done when promised. Excellent quality work, reasonable price, fantastic customer service and communication. Highly recommend !!
Professional, fair, and exact are words I would use to describe this business! Seth Ross replaced a brick retaining wall with a beautifully executed stone retaining wall. The staff took great care of my property while working and only left behind a beautiful finished product!
I contracted them to install a stamped concrete patio in the front of my house. The concrete installation was done and the first sealer was put on. The "hard coat seal" needed to be put on before winter and about 2 months after the installation. I began calling in October and after repeated calls and one no show after another it is now May and still no completion. The winter took it's toll on the surface and I am now making arrangements to have another company come to complete the work and repair the damage the patio suffered. It was a lovely patio but I expected the job to be completed after paying for it in full. It probably would have taken 1 hour to make this right but there is a limit as to how many times a customer should sit at home expecting work to be done only to have no call or no show.
The job was completed properly as it was sealed and customer was happy and Paid us when finished. The hard sealer was not part of the original agreement and would have been separately billed. Due to our work load we are Unable to install the sealer for the customer.
Excellent company to work with. Very professional, caring, and overall great work. Would highly recommend.
