Shane was very friendly, professional and honest with his work. He informed you of what was best to have done and maybe what was not best to have done at this time. He is interested in building a rapport with his customers and also to be open to suggestions from his customers. He was informative and helpful with his suggestions. He was industrious , hard-working, conscientious, responsible and caring. I would definitely recommend him. His policies are very good and he goes above and beyond to please this customers.
