I have always been pleased with my HA recommendations. However, I am totally disgusted by the lack of service provided by Shielded Pool Protection. I must say that they were very responsive to contacting me . We communicated by text about opening my pool. I inquired about the process as this is my first time owning a pool and asked if I would l need any type of chemical treatment. They never replied to this inquiry. What they did do is come to my home and hook up hoses to the filter, something I could have done myself, charged me a ridiculous amount of money to do it and then when the previous owner came by I found out that they had done it incorrectly. So I had to fix it myself. I would not recommend that anyone use Shielded Pool Protection.

This issue was resolved and the customer apologized for the negative review in fact instructed Home Advisor not to post.

the gentlemen from shielded were great. they arrived early and not only did the pool closing for a great price they were very helpful in teaching me things that a new pool owner should know and found issues that I didn't even know about. will definitely use them again

We're first time home with pool owners and everything was loveley until the other day it suddenly turned green and we had no idea how to clean it. I watched a youtube video and went to a pool store to get my water checked and they advised us what to put in the water but the only thing is that I actually made it worst. We're having our housewarming/birthday and without the big help of shielded pools it would be so impossible to use the pool and it's a (pool party). I couldn't thank him enough. It's just almost 24hours and the pool is clear. He works fast too and made it looked so east. Thank you so much shielded pools! We would definitely hire them again! More power!
