UNRELIABLE!!! Opened my pool one month ago. Never came back to clean pool or change sand in filter. They told me numerous times they would be there. Never showed up. These guys do this on the side and seem overwhelmed with clients. Very disappointing

The people from Shielded Pools were very professional. They arrived when promised and performed the job with speed and accuracy. When there was an issue the following day I made one phone call and the tech came back and fixed the problem.Their customer service is great. I would highly recommend Shielded Pools.

Danny and the team are fantastic. They always show up on time and do great job with pool opening and closings they are replaced pool liner which came out fantastic.

I have had a pool for the past ten years and also had several pool companies for various  reasons. My husband and I work alot, it has been very difficult in the past to make contact with  or even meet with the pool companies or their employees. But when I did, they were never the  same people and I was never sure who I was speaking with. I then started requesting contact  prior to the openings and closings due to our work schedule but never received any feedback. It  appeared the companies I have used in the past would come when it best suited them or I  would be chasing them down to set up an appointment. One year, my husband and I even  attempted to open our own pool because no one called or showed up, and it was a fiasco. I  asked my neighbors and family who their service was and my brother told me he used Shielded Pools. He told me that the owner of the company was at his home every year, addressed  every issue he had and if the problem could not be resolved that day, they would schedule an  appointment on site and it would be completed within the next few days. He also told me the  crew used was always the same, they would always make contact prior to any schedule service  and even sent a holiday card reminding them to schedule their opening. I have since used Shielded Pools for the past 3 years and cannot be happier. Not only do they contact me  months prior to openings and closing but they have given me paperwork on how to maintain my  own pool, have changed my liner and even cleaned my pool prior to a birthday party. Shielded  Pools has been a blessing, they have not changed their pricing every year like other companies, they always maintain contact prior to any service which is non existent with these  big companies and now I know every member of their crew by name. As you all know having a pool is not an easy endeavor but with the assistance of Shielded Pools it has made my life easier.

I have been a Shielded Pool customer for many years. This company is extremely customer friendly. Not only do they show up on time, and get the job done efficiently and inexpensively, they call to schedule the opening and closings in advance...they are great. Not only are they great for opening, they are very quick to respond to repair needs as well.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home, which included an in-ground swimming pool. We knew absolutely nothing about opening and maintaining a pool. After shopping around, we were referred to Shielded Pools by a good friend of ours who has used them for years. First, Danny called us to set up the opening. He was friendly and professional. He told us to expect him between 10:00 and 12:00, and he ACTUALLY showed up on time! When he arrived at our home, his crew got to work immediately. They were efficient and knowledgeable. In just a few minutes, the cover was removed and neatly stored in our shed, the pump was started, and we were up and running. Danny even took the time to answer our questions and explain how the system works. Danny and his crew made this process completely stress-free. Can't recommend them more!

This company was extremely efficient. They came, did a closing and installed an new winter cover that looks fabulous! When we opened the pool it was crystal clear thanks to the great closing and wonderful new cover that doesn't allow light in for algae to grow. The team of gentlemen working were no nonsense and very polite. They worked quickly without compromising quality. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors who are pool owners.

Love these guys! While opening my pool for many years, Shielded has always been there when scheduled, always have gone beyond what I thought I was getting and has great prices to top it off. I would absolutely recommend their service to people who are looking for pool openings and closings.

All I can say is that this company shows up on time, does the job satisfactorily and leaves my pool area and shed neat and clean all the time. If you have a question they get back to you quick, most times in the same day. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
