I appreciated the quick response from this company throughout the process - from a quick reply to my initial request, answering questions and billing. I give the work quality a 4/5 rating for a few reasons: The project was a backsplash. There was a spot or two that I had to go back and fill in with grout that had been completely missed. Also, I the tile I had bought had major color difference. Not their fault, but I would have appreciated them bringing that to my attention so that I could have exchanged out the tile so it matched much better. All in all, I would definitely use them again. Fred and Jordan were great to deal with at the house and Brian quick on the management end. Thank you to Shipley!

They are expensive for the level of service they are providing. They will not follow up with their work if you have any problem. Good luck trying to reach out to them, I would not recommend their service.
