The job had to be coordinated with ongoing roof replacement because the space was tight for placement of the roof vent. Everything went fine with that.

Tobias, his brother, and an assistant, were very pleasant and we were comfortable with having them in our home. Tobias offered creative solutions regarding installing lighting for a downstairs closet and upgrading kitchen under cabinet lighting. We are very pleased with the new security sensor lighting installed along our driveway and in our backyard. Tobias was friendly and professional. We appreciate that Tobias respected our request to pull permits for each part of the job. We will call upon Signal Alarms and Electric in the future for more outdoor lighting projects and interior upgrades. We are very pleased that Tobias offers a 2-year guarantee on his work.

Low rating for the money is due to minimum charge of 2 hours.

we provide the best service in L.A. County due to the County being so large we charge a Minimum 2 hr labor charge. we do not charge for traveling. and we guarantee all our work no matter how small.
