I received a prompt initial phone call once the request was submitted. I returned the call on the next business day (Monday morning), and was told that someone would get back to us "within an hour." After a few days (or a week - not positive), I called to follow up. We scheduled a service call for later in the week. The service rep looked at the system and was not sure which way to go (either a new system or to augment the existing one). The service rep stated that a saleperson would get in touch with us. That was on July 12 and we never heard back. We paid $89 for this service.

Needed a free estimate right away and they came the same afternoon i called. However on this site it says that they offer free estimates when i called they informed me about a $89 "service charge". I was not happy about this but i had to use them anyway because they were the only people that would come this week.

Needed this service immediately and they did respond, however I felt the price was pretty high for the actual work performed. To be fair though I wasn't present when the service (bleed the oil system, I've done it before) was accomplished so I'm not sure if they did more than this. I guess when you need this type of service immediatley you have to be willing to "pay the price", which I was.
