    WALLY will draw out the project as long as he can. Lie cheat and steal, blame subcontractors. He deliberately scheduled a sub that was booked weeks out for one day of work to shut me up. Past completion I find subpar work.. never did a walk-through for the repairs. Do not hire this company.. trust me. Positive reviews must be friends because his rude demeanor towards my wife causes me to call him and straighten him up. Do not hire this company!! Lies and lies piled on fake promises.

    Silverstone provided a detailed bid outlining exactly what they planned to do. They were professional and on time. They did some extra work that they did not charge for.

    The technician, Armando, arrived early and was very professional and helpful. He worked steadily to fix the problem and gave me good preventative maintenance tips.While he pointed out things that could be improved about the overall system he didn't push an upsell. Would hire again.
