Simply Siding LLC

This company lied to us and said they could read architecture plans and frame our DADU. We spent 3 weeks correcting them and finally fired them because they did not install the proper beams, missed windows and doors, used the wrong nails, built the wrong doors, used the wrong hardware, the list goes on. The biggest problem was the owner did not take any responsibility and treated us like we did not know their work was all wrong. We had to hire another framing company to come in and correct all of their problems in order to pass framing inspection. This company has also been caught saying racist things to their employees. If you want a respectful, intelligent and worth your money company, this is not who you want to hire.

Work was done quickly but careful attention to detail. The company was very professional from the initial visit to completion of the work. Crews doing the work were first class. They are very customer oriented and we always felt our opinions were heard. I would hire this company for any project.

I have had an awful experience with this company. I have had nothing but problems ever since we did commit to a contract together. Delays and lack of communication were awful during the lead up period. Supposedly the delays were due to window availability but that does not excuse the poor communication. Eventually we agreed to cut the windows out of the project and just do the siding. As of 7/19 I am now 3 weeks into a project that was supposed to be 5-7 days. The quality of workmanship has been poor, workers do not arrive or work on a consistent schedule, and the poor communication continues. Not a good experience at all.

They did what I needed them to do and we'll but due to circumstances they were hard to get in tough with.

Kevin and his crew did a great job replacing some rotted siding and installing a stone facade on the front of our home. The resulting appearance is beyond our expectations. Kevin was quick to respond with a quote and once I awarded the job they got materials ordered and delivered in a matter of days. Very diligent, professional crew that worked very hard and completed the project in less than 8 hours.

So pleased working with EZ Exteriors! They really took care of us on a short schedule at a reasonable price. They were flexible to add to the job based on issues found once siding was removed and allowed us to add on painting due to added height. Very happy with the team's diligence in adding flashing and weather stripping to all windows in addition to sheathing and siding.

I need some siding repair work done within 2 days they showed up on time for the estimate. On the day of the repairs they were punctual arriving . The repair was completed in one day and it looked fantastic they did a great job I highly recommend them. Kevin very professional and easy to work with.
