I had a whole house RO installed by another company at what was a awesome price, or so I thought. I had problems right from the get go. The company that installed it kept giving me excuses for not being able to service it so I called another large company who was more then happy to take my money but I still had problems as in no water every month. When I tried to talk with them about the problem they said they were too busy to deal with it. out of water again I reached out to Greg at Simply Soft. His service is top notch and his expertise is awesome. Yes I had to spend some money to fix the problem as it was never installed properly but after he and Mike finished I had super soft, perfect water. My recommendation to anyone needing water solutions is to call these guys and not screw around with all the, so called, experts. Jim Turtura Cape Coral Fl

Greg, by far exceeded our expectations! He provides information that's honest, above the others and is a great guy. The system was installed by him and is amazing, plus he went past what I would expect, and I'm in retail and have high expectations.
